New S2 Style

We're trying to create a few new default S2 styles for our installation. I know users can create a S2 styles at /customize/, but how do we create new s2 for all users (i believe they are called wizard styles)? I tried copying one of the $LJHOME/bin/upgrading/s2styles/... folders, then modifying it to our desired specs (i also added the new style folder name to $LJHOME/bin/upgrading/s2styles.dat), but no matter what i do i can't get the style to appear on every user's S2 /customize/ style list.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Do i need to run something like s2compile.pl? If so, what command exactly to i need to run?
