[Error: Undefined custom element 'PAGE']

I downloaded Livejournal recent source(tarball version) and installed it in a readhat Linux. Everything is configured now according to Live journal manual but no page coming up.

I am getting an error "[Error: Undefined custom element 'PAGE'] " which gets generated from BML.pm , that is inside $LJHOME/cgi-bin/Apache/BML.pm . My scheme is selected to bluewhite.look . I am new to perl, can not figure out from code. Appriciate any help on this, Thank you very much. Bibhu
