privs, take 2

Ok, I got the system user privileges problem figured out, and have added all the privileges to a user to test and make sure everything else works, but I've run into a wall again.

The installation won't let me see admin/dbadmin.bml, admin/servers.bml, admin/mysql_status.bml and admin/abuse/!

Has anyone else run into this problem? I can't find anything in the files or docs or scrolling back through this community's entries. :(
