Installation troubles on apache2

Hi. I have a problem. About a week ago I've setup and configure LiveJournal server on apache 1.3.23 with mod_perl 1.26 and it's worked properly. But three days ago my provider made an upgrade of server from apache 1.3.23 to apache 2.0.40 with mod_perl 1.99. And from that time I can't setup LJ server, because apache not starting properly with following line in httpd.conf: "PerlRequire /home/www/lj/cgi-bin/modperl.pl". At start apache crashes with the following message

It seems that the LJHOME variable not set, but in httpd.conf file I have a line PerlSetEnv LJHOME /home/www/lj
May be somebody helps me?
