ljlib.pl Bareword "OK" error

I recently started trying to set up a journal (site) on a linux system, but I always get this when running /cgi-bin/checkconfig.pl:

*Failed to load ljlib.pl: Bareword "OK" not allowed while "strict subs" in use at /home/lj/cgi-bin/ljfeed.pl line 96

I've looked around Google, and found some "fixes" for this, but they did not work.
Does anyone have a solution for this?

I got the latest stable releases of all the requirements using apt-get.

UPDATE/EDIT
I fixed that error, but after setting everything up and trying to start Apache, I get the very same error again, this time on PalImg.pm.
